NorAlert Shipping Policy

NorAlert prepares orders carefully and shows the delivery services available for your address at checkout.

Preparation time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Launches, promotions, holidays, and other busy periods may take longer. Once an order is dispatched, tracking is sent to the email used at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping is typically estimated at 5–12 business days after processing. Expedited options may arrive sooner where available. These are estimates, and weather, customs, carrier capacity, or address issues can affect the final delivery date.

Free shipping

Free shipping applies to eligible orders that meet the threshold shown at checkout, currently $79 where available.

Tracking and delivery concerns

Tracking can take time to reflect the first carrier scan. If several business days pass without an update, or a parcel arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number. If a parcel shows delivered, please check the delivery location, household members, and neighbors before contacting us.

Address and customs notes

Review your address before completing payment. We cannot promise a change after processing begins. Depending on the destination, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges may apply and are generally the customer’s responsibility.
